Privacy

Cash for Cars Nelson collects only the details you give us on the quote form or by phone, text or email: your name, phone number, optional email, vehicle details, pickup address and any photos you send.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your request, give you a quote and arrange collection. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent by email to our inbox, and a copy of the request and its photos is stored securely so a quote is never lost. Copies are deleted automatically after 180 days. This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests on our behalf.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you. Contact us at cashtocars@gmail.com or call 027 272 2450.
